Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following case:

Wrong item delivered (item received is different from what was ordered)

No refunds will be processed for:​

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Colour/shape variations due to handmade nature

Customised or personalised orders (non-refundable under all circumstances)

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a refund, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

The unopened package

The entire unboxing process

The incorrect item received

Without an unboxing video, no refund will be processed — no exceptions.

Refund Process

Once we verify the claim and approve it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

In cases where refund is approved, the wrong item must be returned in unused condition with original packaging (if requested).
