Customisation is available only for bulk orders of 50+ units.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started

Full payment must be made at checkout.
For bulk orders, customised orders, or corporate ordering, advance payment of 50–100% may be required depending on the order type

Custom and bulk orders have longer processing times; timelines will be shared during confirmation.
