PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days, and bulk or customized orders require additional time based on quantity. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partners, and may vary during festivals, weather disruptions, or unforeseen delays outside our control.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping charges are taken at the time of checkout and are an advance courier charge. Once your parcel is packed based on the actual weight, the difference is taken if any. Rs80 per kg is the charge, it may vary as per location. 

Kindly pay up any difference to ensure smooth delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
